- Our client is hiring a full-time Relationship Manager.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing outbound calls And customer service inquiries.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs o achieve satisfaction.
- No sales target, only ave o achieve standard alk time for attendance purposes.
- 6 Days of proper training with some assessments which has tob e completed.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales (B2C), Sales Operations / Support, or Telesales role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- Should Be Able To Speak And Understand Hindi Language in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
