Relationship Manager - TASC & Institutional Business
- TASC & Institutional Business' vertical is a part of 'Retail Liabilities' division of our Consumer Bank segment.
Key Functions & Responsibilities :
- Acquisition & servicing of Retail Institutional clients in the field of Education, Medical, NGO, Trust, Clubs, Associations, Sec 25 Cos., Societies, Religious trust, etc.
- Would be responsible for handling transaction & investment banking business like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the retail institutional clients.
- Enhance relationship with the key decision makers and top management of all the mapped clientele.
- To generate leads in the catchment to achieve NTB targets.
- Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients.
- Retail Institutions RM is expected to manage relationships with average CASA values of more than Rs. 10 Lacs.
- Should possess Negotiation Skills and requisite skill sets in making presentations to Senior Management for sealing Deals.
- Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
