Job Role :

We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, hardworking individuals wanting to make a mark in residential real estate sector. The person would act as a catalyst between sellers and buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their career in residential real estate.

Responsibilities :

Job duties include but are not limited to :

01) Responsible for all marketing & sales activities of the residential properties

02) Generate business leads (online and offline) of the prospective customers

03) Execute all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads

04) Contact and following up with new prospective Clients and set up new business opportunities

05) Responsible for generating sales with project specific enquiries

06) Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects

07) Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure

07) Plan approaches and pitches

08) Build relationships with new clients

09) Do Cold Calling for sales of primary properties if required

10) Track and report sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions

11) Achieve sales targets given by the organization

12) Attending developer meetings and channel partner orientations as and when required

13) Participate in negotiation meeting with buyers and sellers

14) Focus on increasing the sales of the company or close new deals regularly

Required Skills :

01) Any Graduate / MBA degree

02) Having 2 years of relevant work experience in the real estate/or any other service industry (BFSI, Wealth Management, Hospitality, Telecom etc) will be preferred.

03) Sales experience in B2C domain is preferred

04) Willing to travel regularly

05) Owns a bike or car for travel

05) Excellent communication and negotiation skills

06) Confident in approaching and meeting the customers

06) Persuasive with marketing and sales skills

07) Open to learning and keeping up to date with the latest trends in the real estate sector
