Relationship Manager - Sales - Premium Account - Bank (3-10 yrs)

Job Title: PCRM (Preferred Current Account RM)-15 positions

Overall Goal: Current Account RM will be responsible for

- Acquisition of new Business Entity customers and creating CA Book

- Management of Acquired Current Account customers

- Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the these current account customers

- Deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers

- Make Bank a primary bank for customer and get maximum wallet share

Key Result / Responsibility Areas:

a) Acquisition of Business Entity (Current Account) customers -

- Acquisition of NTB High Value Current Accounts

- NTB Acquisition of Current accounts dealing in international Trade

- Identify and Acquire New to Bank working capital limit customers with Trade Limits viz Buyers Credit, PCFC, LC,BG etc

- Acquire New to Bank customer requiring Assets Limits Business Loans, Cash Management Services & Door Step Banking, API Banking and other allied Current Account services

RM will have to create his own CA book by self-sourcing, Market Visit & Industry & Area Scoping, External References & Leads.

b) Portfolio Management :

- Engage with Acquired customer on regular basis and ensure that Group company and Family customers also bank withL Bank

- Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport, customer profiling should be used to set customer level objectives post discussion branch Manager/TL. Customer interaction to be regular updated in system provided.

- Ensure that within each customer group a minimum number of stipulated Income Generating products are sold as per the customers profile and needs. RM to Cross sell appropriate products to the customers and ensure activate usage.

- Enhance Values within each of the customer groups by ensuring that a/cs are activated

- Cross Sell Bank Products for revenue generation and engagement

- Basis customer business requirement cross sell products like POS, Payment Gateway, Trade /Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD), Doorstep Banking Services.

- Cross Sell various Bank products like TPP, FD. Credit Card, Loans to customers and related group business/ family

- Drive active business transaction through bank account

- Should know the customer's business in order to provide banking and financial solutions

- Register customer for various Direct Banking Channels of the bank

B) Customer Services

- Ensure quality customer service is delivered

- Recording complaints as per the specified process

- Resolving all complaints received from portfolio customers within the stipulated TAT's and ensure appropriate customer communication on closures

- Preventive complaint management by regular interaction with the customers

C) Target Achievement

- PC- RM will be given a quarterly and yearly target on revenue, product cross sell and book value build up

- Basis the Target the RM will be tracked on regular basis for achievement of the Targets

- CA RM will be evaluated on Portfolio Score Card

Competencies:

- Sales and Influencing Skills

- Banking Product & Process Knowledge. The candidate should have past experience of Current Account product & processes, Trade & Forex, Door Step banking and other current account related products.

- Planning and Organizing Skills

- Communication & Writing skills

- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.

Preferred Sector: BSFI

Education: Post Graduate

Experience: Above 3 years in a Current Account /Trade- Forex sales & / or relationship role in any of the sectors mentioned above

Reporting: CA RM will report to Branch Managers

Salary Range: 6 - 8 Lakhs

2) Functional Designation Relationship / Sales Manager - CASA - 28 Positions

A. Position Purpose

Acquisition of High End Current / Savings Accounts through open market along with cross selling of other products of the Bank.

B. Position Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

1. New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market lead generation and closure of target CASA in a month. Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML

2. Ensure successful onboarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch banking team.

3. Activation of customer - Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB, 75% penetration of internet banking, 50% penetration of DSB.

4. Activities for lead generation

5. Cross sell - Lead generation/ basic enquiry, liaising with Branch Manager & product teams (trade, FX, CMS/DSB etc.) to offer right business solutions to the customer

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications :

Minimum Graduate

Preferred MBA + IRDA qualified

Experience :

Essential - 2-3 years of experience in New to Bank Current account acquisition with a bank, preferably in SME segment

- Must possess good knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments for new to bank acquisition.

- Should know the local language.

D. Competency Requirements

a. Technical Skills

Skill Attribute :

- Computer Skills Good skills of Excel.

Banking Knowledge Candidates with basic knowledge of Business Banking, Trade/FX will be preferable.

b. Behavioural Skills

Skill Attribute :

- Communication Skills Good written &verbal communication.Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Presentable and with High Grooming standards

CTC Maximum - 5 lacs

01. Candidate are to carry with them the latest 3 months payslip (preferably also the latest appraisal letter with revised comp breakup or Offer letter), Pan card copy, Consolidated Marksheet (Graduation & Post Graduation)
