Relationship Manager - Sales - Pharma (5-10 yrs)
Must be from any of these industries: Baby care / Pharma / Nutri supplements / critical care products
- Will be in the MD's personal team
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales executives
- Train, Coach, Mentor the Sales Executives on the client handling front for better co ordination
- Co-ordinate with the existing clients for all queries, concerns, feedback
- Be the face of the company to the clients allocated
- Conduct business reviews to ensure customer / client satisfaction
- Alert the sales team of potential sales
- Analyze market trends and suggest changes in sales and marketing strategy or product line to the company
