JOB DESCRIPTION
- Relationship Manager personal loans Handling a team of six sales officer.
- Handling team of DST and DSA
- Handling branch banking business of personal loan. Giving training to branch managers/ Privilege bankers (Pb's)/ CSO.
- Regularly floating MIS on branch wise performances
- Handling/Appointing new dsa business
- Effective usage of budget allocation in promoting personal loan ie in making standees/canopy's/leaflets
- Regularly monitoring sales officer daily activity. Planning sales officer daily schedule/ DSR check/ Training.
