Relationship Manager - Sales - Personal Loans (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :

It is a frontline sales role wherein the person would be responsible for selling Personal Loans to corporate employees. The person would be driving a few crores of business every year. This position would report into Location Head.

Experience : 2 years to 5 years preferably in personal loan, business loans or credit card space

Education : PG preferred, min Graduate

Key Responsibilities :

1. Driving monthly business volumes for personal loans in assigned markets

2. Lead generation through local activities, road shows, market mapping / combing etc.

3. Driving sales closures through customer interactions

4. Conducting activities at SMEs and corporates through tie-ups with CXOs

Key Attributes :

1. Good business and sales basics

2. Good communication skills (oral & written)

3. High energy and drive for results

4. Process orientation
