Relationship Manager - Sales - Painting (1-7 yrs)
- Visit Societies to check for Painting Requirements.
- To conduct an Inspection and take Measurements of the Society Apartment Paintable area.
- Submit the Quote to the Society and do Negotiations for Closure
- Should search for Painting contractors in the city and to onboard the same with NBH.
- Ensure prompt payment collections from society
- Lead Generation
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Minimum 1- 2 years in the Project sales division of a paint company
- Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability
- Decision-making skills
- Good at making presentations
- Language Required: English, Hindi & Regional language is mandatory
