Job Purpose :
To acquire, develop and grow the Wealth management business opportunity through independent business partners, leading to a scalable, sustainable and profitable business. Utilization of smart products across Investments, Insurance (group platform).
Role & Responsibility :
1) Acquire & manage an average of 45-55 Active Business Partners (more than 4 SIPs each month above-defined threshold)
2) Revenue generation of Rs 30-35L each year (average for three years)
- Promote at least 8-12 lines of products
- 200 km radius from base location
