- After Successful foray in to the various B2B segments, Northern Arc intends to make its presence felt in the Retail segment as well. With that in mind the company is looking at venturing into various retail.

- Products such as Education Loan, Personal Loan, Loan against Property, Gold loan and supply chain management.

- Northern Arc is investing significantly in Technology and process to give a seamless experience for the customers in Retail Segment. It also intends to be a large player with major market share in all the product it offers.

Job Objective :

- To be the force to enable a robust growth for the organization. As a front facing role the candidate is expected to be a go getter who actively solicit new business and ensure consistent growth.

- It is expected of the candidate to build a quality portfolio. Role also envisages acquiring and managing of new partnerships with institutes. Candidate would also be the brand ambassador for the organization.

- His behavior and conduct should be impeccable.

- Responsible for achieving the sales Targets.

- Acquire and Manage the Relationship with the Institutions.

- Work with internal support teams to ensure seamless servicing for partners.

- Keep a keen eye on the market and provide constant inputs for better sourcing of business.

- Keep track of competition activity.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Degree/MBA.

Minimum Experience :

- Should have about 2-3 years of experience. Should have worked in similar roles or possess management degree.

Skills Required :

- Assertive, Go getter, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Should be confident and self-motivated.

- Ability to Analyze numbers and take necessary action to improve shortfalls

- Ability to multi-task and deliver qualitative outputs consistently.

- Excellent communication skills.
