Position : Relationship Manager
Location : Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow
CTC : Up to 4 to 6 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Guide to Hiring Insurance Advisors Selling Life Insurance Products Through a Team of Insurance Advisors and Agents
- Gain Clients by Hiring an Insurance Advisor
- Managing a group of business development managers.
- Select qualified and deserving Business Development Managers.
- Attain sales goals through guiding, mentoring, and inspiring the team.
- Establish and build a good relationship with your clients.
- Meeting with prospective clients to market insurance solution using FCs
Requirements Skills :
- Superior communication abilities
- Excellent networking skills.
- Ability to make decisions
- Presentation Skill
Candidate profile :
- Graduation Required
- Experience : 3 to 4 years in sales & marketing/ Insurance/ Banking
- Belong from the same location
- Age : 24 to 40
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
