Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibility :
- Train, Maintain and Motivate your Financial Consultant to generate more business.
- Develop a Strategy to generate a Business through your sales team.
- Achieving Sales Target of Sales Team by using Channel Strategy.
- Securing business through Prospective Clients and Customers
- Provide a Pre and Post-sales support to your Sales team and Customers
- Regularly visit Prospective Customers and FC for more business
Required Candidate profile :
Education : Graduate
Experience : Sales experience of 24 months+
Age : Between 24 to 35 years
- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a go-getter attitude
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
