Relationship Manager - Sales - IT Services (1-2 yrs)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a client relationship management/ executive in IT Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Set 10-15 meetings a month and should travel to meet with potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and proactive in identifying business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry-specific services is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
- Continuously engage with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
- Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Establish trust and rapport with clients by being attentive, empathetic, and understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with our offerings and address any concerns, working closely with our support and product teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with clients, providing them with regular updates, reports, and information relevant to their business.
