Roles and Responsibilities :
- Clientele Focus - Retail & HNI Customers outside Mumbai
- Goal - Acquiring new clients through the leads generated and increasing existing investor's investment allocation in Quantum Mutual Fund by building strong investor relationship.
Activities:
- Initiate and develop rapport with the prospects / clients through phone calls, emails etc. and follow up to sell / up-sell / cross sell the products offered.
- Handling inbound queries and converting the prospect into clients.
- One Point of Contact at Quantum for the Customers / Prospects.
