- Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of senior relationship manager. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities for senior relationship manager

- Provide regular CRM audits to ensure an accurate depiction of services, contacts, and procedures

- Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers providing specialist advice on the domain area of expertise

- MIS to be provided to the central team for further reporting, within the stipulated guidelines

- Establish an overall framework for the Supplier Management process, including Supplier Segmentation, Supplier Onboarding, Scorecard Development, and Performance Review

- Advocate the use of IT software to support the Supplier Management process

- Ensure that Supplier Management processes are consistent throughout the organization and that Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement processes are employed

- Engage with Category Managers, Contract Administrators, Procurement Operations, and Key Stakeholders to drive strong collaboration and value delivery with the Supplier Management program

- Responsible for managing a process to assess the risk of Key Suppliers

- Assist client and ADP MNC in planning and coordinating for events that cause business impact to either party (upgrades, operational model changes, designated contact transitions)

- Coordinating with business partners to complete fulfillment and ensuring timeliness in closing dates

Qualifications for senior relationship manager :

- You will have Good analytical capabilities, presentation skills and strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines

- Self-motivated and confident with a high degree of initiative and drive

- Senior banker with access to senior management of Chinese FI/ Leasing companies

- Strong relationship with major Chinese FI/ Leasing companies, good client facing skills

- Strong capability of marketing approach skill to liaise with clients

- Strong expertise of the banking product know-how
