Job description - Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities -
- The Relationship Manager would own up to the repeat investments from customers.
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
- Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image with customers
- Educate clients about the company's products, services and special offers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualification
- Knowledge of financial products & services
- A background in customer service / Relationship management with 2-3 years of experience
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build relationships with customers
- Hunger to learn & adapt to changing environments
