Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for POSP (Agent) recruitment and servicing
- Create and implement training and development program for POSP.
- Achieve individual monthly and yearly targets while maintaining maximum renewal retention.
What you'll need to succeed :
- Ideally have a background in Motor insurance sales.
- Great interpersonal skills and a Strong communicator both written and orally.
- Ability to collaborate with people at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
