Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-8 yrs)
As an Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for examining future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
Position: Relationship Manager
CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recognizing new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies
- Set and met sales earnings targets
- Keeping a healthy relationship with the current and new customers
- Designing and planning various sales activities
- Guiding sales improvement strategies and giving guidance to the sales team
- Researching competitors' products, prices, and marketing insights
- Sustaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to offer fantastic customer service
- Ability to handle numerous tasks efficiently
- Good managerial skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 4 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any industry
