- Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Leverage a well-established network with Chartered Accountants (CAs) to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Provide specialized advice on insurance solutions, tailoring offerings to align with client needs and goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Source and acquire new business through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with CAs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and changes, offering informed guidance to clients.
- Exceed sales targets through adept relationship management and strategic initiatives.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven 3-6 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the insurance industry.
- Robust network and connections with Chartered Accountants (CAs).
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
