Job Description:
- The Sales Manager for the Insurance Agency Channel will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of insurance agents, and providing exceptional customer service.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to maximize revenue growth and profitability
- Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Recruit, train, and develop new agents to achieve business objectives
- Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and optimal customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, and services to stay competitive and relevant
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
