Roles :
- Recruit and Train advisers.
- Act as a mentor, and coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets
- Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
- Focusing on advisory and FC retention.
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisers by upselling and cross-selling of product mix
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Educational Qualification Any Graduation
2. 2-8 Years of Sales Experience in the sales & marketing field
3. Age should be between 24-38 Years
4. Team Management Skills
5. Must have excellent presentation skills
