Job Roles :
- Assessing the effectiveness of present agencies and creating improvement strategies
- Analyzing market research data to find chances for new business growth or to strengthen existing business partnerships collaborating with management to develop hiring, supervision, and training plans for an advertising workforce.
- Putting out a strategy plan for the agency's expansion based on market trends and competitor analyses.
- To find new business prospects, provide presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Through routine customer meetings where projects are discussed and future plans are discussed, client satisfaction is monitored.
- Coordinating marketing initiatives through the production of brochures, direct mail, commercials, and other materials.
