Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments.
- Ensure the Team Services the Existing POS to drive sales growth
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
- Ensure the team targets are met- New Channel Onboarding, Target achievement, Channel Retention, Business Premium
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
