Job Description:
- Mentoring and Retaining the RM's
- Providing direction, motivation and training to the team, ensuring optimum performance.
- Responsible for achieving business targets of the month
- Handling marketing and sales of motor insurance products for agency channel.
- Mentoring team members and Monitoring their business performance and help them to increase the sales of branch agency.
- Appointment of individual IRDA agents, development officers, General insurance brokers to generate business
- Motivating Team and channel partners to generate more business for the company.
Criteria-
Age limit-25 to 40
Graduated
Good communication skills,presentable..
