Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Shows the sales staff where to find leadership.
- Encourages and motivates the sales team to make sure quotas are fulfilled.
- Examines and evaluates operational and sales data; determines profitability and targets; projects sales; and discovers possible new markets.
- Comprehends and evaluates consumer inclinations to appropriately focus commercial endeavours.
- Gives sales teams territory assignments and quotas.
- Determines and recommends tools, materials, or services that will satisfy the needs of prospective clients after consulting with them to learn about their requirements.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills
