Designation - Sales Manager / Corporate Agency Manager
Reporting To -Regional Head
Location - Dewas, Dhar
Key Responsibility:
- Plan/Control/ Monitor team of Relationship Managers in the assigned region to achieve Sales targets.
- Ensure budgeted numbers of manpower month over month in the region.
- Build long term relationships with Bank Staff.
- Cascade the incentive programs & ensure complete success in implementation of the same.
- Ensure team is aware about new products and sales Processes.
Other Qualification :
- Having best experience in sales & marketing of minimum 2 to 4 years in BFSI
- Positive attitude & response
- Best communication skill
