Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Cultivating and preserving solid bonds with both current and potential customers.
- Looking into and seizing new business prospects.
- Determining the needs and requirements of clients and making appropriate solution proposals.
- Offering clients thorough advice on products and services and assisting them in making decisions.
- Upselling and cross-selling customers goods and services.
- Handling grievances and problems quickly and effectively.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 4 LPA
- Good Communication skills
