We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join the team. If you have 2 to 4 years of experience in the insurance sector and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships,

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including individual policyholders and corporate accounts, to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Insurance Advisement : Advise clients on insurance products, including Life and General Insurance, to help them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and risk management strategies.

Policy Management : Oversee the management of client policies, including renewals, claims processing, and policy adjustments, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

Sales and Business Development : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to existing clients and actively contribute to new business development efforts.

Market Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging insurance products to provide clients with the most relevant and beneficial insurance solutions.

Compliance : Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on their insurance portfolios, coverage, and performance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on both Life and General Insurance.

- Possession of relevant insurance certifications or licenses, as required by local regulations.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
