Job Roles and Duties of Relationship Manager :
- Build your own team of Highly Motivated Financial Consultants from the Open Markets through References and Marketing
- Training and Motivate your team to generate Maximum Leads of Potential Customers
- Drive a Business together with your team to convert and Sourcing a business through Prospective customers
- Provide pre and post-sales support to your customers
- Build and Maintain a Working Relationship with your Advisors and Customers
- Sourcing a maximum Business through your team by Providing a Proper Training and Opportunity
- Securing the business through Interested Clients
Candidates Requirements :
Qualification : Graduation in Any Stream
Experience : Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in Any Field with the Proof of Experience or Reliving Letter
Local Candidate Preferred First
Age : Should be between 21 to 38 Years
- Excellent in Communications and Presentations of the Products
- Strong Networking and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to train and mentor your sales team
Interview Process :
- Online Assessment Test of the Company (Communications and Mathematics)
- HR - Telephonic Round
- Face to Face Interview at Branch with Line Manager
