Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to meet corporate goals in the banking industry.
- Manage, coach, and inspire a top-notch sales force.
- Find and seize new business prospects while preserving close ties with current clientele.
- Verify that corporate rules and compliance standards are followed.
- Submit performance reports on a regular basis and participate in strategic decision-making.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
