Position : Relationship Manager
CTC : Up to 5 LPA +other benefits
Roles :
- Create and implement a sales plan for the partner in order to meet sales unit business targets.
- The financial advisor must be led, motivated, and trained.
- Assist advisors in upselling and cross-selling to customers based on need analysis.
- Assist the partner in facilitating ongoing training to ensure a productive channel at all times.
- Gather regular feedback from partners and customers on how satisfied they are with the selling process and products.

- 2 + years in in any field sales or marketing , channel sales, network marketing, banking , insurance
