Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for achieving General insurance sales targets through the assigned location.
- Responsible for generating own leads.
- Responsible for hiring/recruiting a team of 5-10 agents.
- Building partner channel through daily meeting and different engagement for portfolio growth.
- Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets.
- Train & motivate the partners- employees on timely basis on product and new developments.
- Login and Conversion of General insurance.
- Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority.
- To enable partner sales staff to promote and secure sales of General insurance products to their customers by providing real-time product, marketing and technical support before, after or during the sales through central support center
- Create the excitement for General insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&R initiatives
- Drive group deals in the designated region for driving portfolio growth
- To identify the execution gaps in selling General insurance through the partner teams and work with the sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution.
