Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)

As a Relationship Manager at Life Insurance company, your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with existing clients and identify potential new clients to grow the business. You will be expected to maintain a strong customer focus and provide excellent service to clients.

Specific Responsibilities may include:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients by providing them with personalized service and regular communication.

- Identifying potential new clients through prospecting, referrals, and other lead generation methods.

- Conducting needs analysis with clients to identify their financial goals and objectives, and offering appropriate solutions to meet those needs.

- Presenting and explaining various insurance products and services to clients and prospects.

- Conducting regular reviews with clients to ensure their financial goals and objectives are being met.

- Collaborating with other departments within the organization, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes in products, services, and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- At least 1-3 years of experience BFSI Sales industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of insurance products and services, and the ability to explain them to clients.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
