- Mentoring and Retaining the RM's
- Providing direction, motivation and training to the team, ensuring optimum performance.
- Responsible for achieving business targets of the month
- Handling marketing and sales of motor insurance products for agency channel.
- Mentoring team members and Monitoring their business performance and help them to increase the sales of branch agency.
- Appointment of individual IRDA agents, development officers, General insurance brokers to generate business.
Criteria :
Age limit : 23 to 40
Graduated (MBA)
Experience - Fresher (MBA), 1 to 5 yr exp in insurance sales.
Good communication skills, presentable.
