Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Roles and responsibility:
- Responsible to handle all customers who walk in branch for service requests/query
- Generating the Leads and close the lead for New Business
- Persistency(revivals) with daily follow ups callings on daily basis
- Handling Video Calling service for NRI services
- Handled Branch Audits and Admin related issues
- Chat Process for Non-Walk-in customer Service
- Maintain all policy payments data (MIS)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in BFSI sales & marketing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
