Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Compensation up to 3.75LPA plus incentives and supplementary perks.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Attaining sales targets by engaging with allocated leads.
- Meeting with potential clients in designated regions to grasp their financial needs and propose tailored insurance solutions.
- Conducting daily follow-ups with clients.
- Offering pre- and post-sales assistance.
- Ensuring the caliber of business and sustaining client relationships.
Candidate's Profile :
- Graduation is compulsory.
- Minimum 1+ years of BFSI and Life Insurance experience.
- Age : 22 to 38 years.
- Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
