Job description :-
- Establish a solid relationship with the sales team of the bank channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets based on channel strategy.
- Meet prospective consumers with the channel sales team and sell insurance solutions.
- Offer pre- and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement).
- Ensure business quality and consistency (renewal of premiums).
- Enable the channel sales staff to use the latest digital platforms.
Required Candidate Profile :
Educational qualification: graduate or postgraduate
Age: 21-38 years
Sales Experience:
- One year for RM (minimum of six months in BFSI).
- Someone who enjoys the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets.
