Responsibilities :
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree any related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience for 2+ maximum and work on field.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
CTC Maximum : 4.50 L.P.A
CTC Minimum : 2.75 L.P.A
