Role:-To achieve the business objectives and targets for the assigned partners/locations through proactive relationship & sales management. To ensure that Health Insurance becomes a primary contributor to the partner portfolio while achieving the assigned sales targets.

Location:-Gurgaon,Jalandhar,Lucknow,Varanasi,New Delhi,Gautam Buddh Nagar,Faridabad.

Shift Timings

10:00 am - 7:00 pm (day shift)

- Candidate should have experience into Agency Sales, Agent Recruitment

- Undergraduate can be considered only if they have good agency experience

- Must be from General Insurance & Life Insurance background

- Do not require candidates from Banca / Dealership channel / Retail channel, Distribution Sales Background.

- Must have Aadhar Card,Pan Card,Salary slips,Marksheets and Degree,Joining and Relieving Letters.

Job Description:-

- Responsible for achieving Health insurance sales targets through the assigned location.

- Building partner channel through daily meeting and different engagement for portfolio growth

- Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets

- Train & motivate the partners- employees on timely basis on product and new developments.

- Login and Conversion of Health Insurance.

- Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority

- To enable partner sales staff to promote and secure sales of health insurance products to their customers by providing real-time product, marketing and technical support before, after or during the sales through central support center

- Create the excitement for Health Insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&R initiatives

- Drive group deals in the designated region for driving portfolio growth

- To identify the execution gaps in selling Health Insurance through the partner teams and work with the sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution.
