Shift Timings
9:00 am - 5:00 pm (day shift)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
- Candidate must be from business loan / LAP (loan against property) background
- If candidate is having exp into personal loan, current account will be considered.
- Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
Job Description :
- Primary responsibility is to generate, develop business & build relationship with clients.
- Generate / convert leads into customers & build recurring business.
- Target customers with small ticket size requirements.
- Establish daily, weekly, monthly sales plan and priorities and schedule own activities so their respective targets are met.
Field work is involved (80 to 90 %)
