Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities and roles :
- Assembling a commission-based advisory panel.
- Give advisors instruction and direction regarding the merchandise.
- Identifying potential clients and educating them about the position.
- Encouraging them to produce the revenue to meet the monthly goals.
- Construct and maintain strong customer relationships
- Recruit more clients to boost sales.
- Joint fieldwork to seek insurance coverage with the help of business partners and consultants
Profile of the ideal candidate :
- Graduation from any programme.
- 1 to 2 years minimum of experience working in a sales development position
- It is important to have previous experience in sales roles in the life insurance industry or another sector.
- Candidates from the local area who are knowledgeable about the potential market will be preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills
