Weekly Working Days:-6 Days
Salary Offered:-
- 1.8 Lac to - 2.6 Lac (annually)
Incentives Structure performance based.
Selection Criteria:-
1) Graduation degree mandatory
2) Experience of 1 yr mandatory into field sales.
3) Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance preferred
4) Min 1 year into General insurance company with Agency channel sales exp.
5) 20 - 35 yrs can apply
6) 22 - 29 yrs can apply
7) Good English skills Ability to [Speak, Write & Read]
8) Good Hindi skills Ability to [Speak]

Job Description:-
- Hire new Partners to associate with the company to bring new customers on board.
- Train all partners for them to be able to use the company products.
- Liase between the company and the partners to be able to make sure that the partner is productive.
- Deliver on business goals as set by the company through the partners.
- Liase with the operations teams to ensure that all processes as set out with the partners are adhered to.
