Job Description :
- A Relationship Manager in the insurance sales industry plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Your work roles :
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' insurance needs and financial goals.
- Identify sales opportunities and actively prospect for new clients.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, insurance, etc.).
- Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., insurance agent or broker licenses).
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
