Urgently looking for Relationship Manager for Mumbai, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Pune.

Job Objective & Key Result Area :
1. Build healthy relationships with hotel owners
2. Deliver good hotel ownership and customer experience
3. Act as a point of contact for hotel owners for operations support & escalations
4. Help hotel owners manage their portfolio network, improve revenue performance, solve issues, retain them, and drive customer experience
5. Handle hotel owners and customer escalations
It's a FIELD SALES role completed
Key Performance Indicators :
- Ensuring occupancy (URNs) month on month
- Pay at Hotel (PAH) realization
- Ensuring daily availability of Sellable rooms (DSRN)
Education : Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience :
- 2+ years of relevant experience in operations handling and key accounts handling.
- Analytical Skills
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional operations and customer escalation
- Demonstrate high ethical values
