Role : Individual role
- Sourcing new business through direct sales
Products : Home Loan and Loan against Property
Roles and responsibilities :
Sourcing - Would be responsible for sourcing business from DST and DSA for the
Geography. (HL -Would be responsible for developer relations and penetration)
Quality of sourcing - Will be responsible for right profit mix and product mix
Insurance penetration - will be responsible for penetration of Insurance. customer service(Will be responsible for customer satisfaction and periodic surveys of customers)
- After sales service ( customer coming for after sales work )
- Cross sell ( Through Gold branches)
- Will be responsible for marketing and sales promotion activities
- Will be responsible for the productivity Coordination with Bank Credit teams
Required Candidate Profile :
- 2 - 4 Years of Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
- Very good listening skills and verbal communication
