Relationship Manager - Sales - Home Loan/Bank (1-6 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Reaching out to new banks and branches and doing tie up with them
- Meeting existing banks and strengthening ties with all stakeholders at various levels
- Negotiating with banks and nbfcs to get best products and special interest rates
- Meeting, Planning and executing new tie ups with financial institution, banks and NBFCs along with our partner builders for marketing and lead sharing
- Maintaining strong relation with Banks, NBFCs and Builders sales and marketing team for impeccable service
- Ensuring banks persons availability at all sites and on calls
- Solving difficult loan cases by discussing with multiple banks and giving solution to sales team
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Negotiation, good communications and presentation skills are a must
- Previous knowledge of home loans is an added advantage
- Logical approach, persistent, multitasking, time management and seeing the task to completion is highly preferred.
