Relationship Manager - Sales - Gold Loan (3-9 yrs)

The requirement is for a Mumbai based new NBFC started in November 2017. They give loans to SME & MSME. The core product of the company is unsecured business loan and other products are term loan, working capital, supply chain finance and agriculture finance.

The incumbent will be responsible for creating, building andmanaging business development and relationship manage mentacross a range of prospective clients in the MSME space, with the objective of providing financing services.

Specific Responsibilities

Business Development

- To identify, acquire, manage and enhance the commercial client portfolio targeting MSME clients.

- To identify and target SME clients, to lend to them but more importantly look at them as anchors and lend to their supply chain.

- To identify co-lending opportunities alongside other NBFCs

- Establish new borrowing relationships for MSME, preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the NBFCs policies and procedures to build a robust portfolio

- New client acquisition to increase sales of products, primarily business loans to MSMEs, Supplier / Vendor finance, Term loans for Capex, etc Credit Management & Financial Analysis

- Spread and analyze financial statements, preparation credit application, documentation & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal.

- Take accountability a clean portfolio and ensuring high quality of the book sourced - Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with NBFC credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable levels.

- Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients and anchor companies at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.

- Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, and periodical client visits call reports.

- Keeping the team updated on the product offering as per market requirement.

- Ensuring timely repayment from the client
