Job Title : Relationship Manager.
Req. Experience : 1 to 8 years
Job Responsibilities :
- To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
- To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
- Any other activities as defined by the sales manager.
Candidate Profile :
Graduate/ Post graduate fresher or experience of one year in B2B or B2C selling.
Desired Industry : FMCG, consumer durables industry, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products etc.
Skills Required :
- Possess the ability to perform independently
- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure
- Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language.
- Possess strong communication skill
