Summary :
We are looking for those candidate who can lead the team and build own team in sales/ marketing. who can develop new strategies that can give boost the organization sales . who can maintain relationship with the managers and consumers and cope-up with new market tends and analysis the sales pitch .
Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Pondicherry
Experience: Mini. 2 Year in Sales/Marketing
CTC : Upto 3.0 LPA + Bonus + others Benefits
Pay Roll: On Roll
Roles and Duties:
1. Build his/her own team to increase the sales/marketing.
2. Train the team and lead them to increase the profit and maintain fruitful relationship with managers and new clients.
3. Develop new strategies of sales to cope-up with new market trends
4. Present new sales/market presentation in the team.
5. Set monthly target to achieve goals in proper manner.
Skills Required :
1. Leadership skills to lead the team and train them .
2. Candidate should be able to communicate in very effective way.
3. Problem solving skills
4. Critical thinking to develop effective new strategies that can boost the sales/marketing.
