Relationship Manager - Sales - FinTech (2-4 yrs)

Overview of the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager who is passionate about driving our platform's adoption with vendors of large corporates and increase vendor sales. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to onboard new vendors, continuously service them, and build ongoing relationships that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
- Experience working in financial/fintech product sales, relationship banking (Corporate or SME), vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and people management skills.
- Focussed on customer experience.
- Fluent in giving presentations to top-level management of small to large companies.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Graduation in any background.
- The vendor team ensures they are responsible for new vendor acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship.
- Work closely with the Business Heads to formulate a strategy for vendor engagement/sales.
- Use digital and offline channels to improve vendor adoption, generate arbitrage, and drive sales.
- Handhold set of assigned vendors to get them onboarded on the platform.
- Perform vendor credit assessment and contribute towards the improvement of the credit model.
- Partner and work with KYC agencies to facilitate timely collection of vendor documentation.
- Understand complete vendor and corporate journey and provide suggestions for the tech product roadmap.
